Card machines can't 'have a moment'
Payments run on their own protected network segment with business-grade failover options. When the tills can't take cards, you're not trading — so this is where we're least flexible.
Guests judge you on the WiFi
Branded captive portal, fair-use bandwidth limits so one streamer can't sink the bar, and client isolation so guests only ever see the internet — never your tills or back office.
You don't have an IT department
We monitor everything from London and turn up on site when it matters. One number, one supplier, engineers who've worked in venues since 2009.

PCI DSS, without the headache
Payments get their own lane. Everything else stays out of it.
PCI scope follows your network: anything sharing a network with the card machines has to be assessed with them. So we don't share it. Every installation separates your venue into isolated segments with a default-deny rule into the payment lane.

Proper segmentation is what keeps a pub or restaurant on the short self-assessment (SAQ B-IP or C) instead of the 300-question version. That's the point of the design, not a side effect.
Straight talk: no network supplier makes you PCI compliant on their own — anyone who says otherwise is selling something. What we do is build the network side right, document who covers what, and hand you the evidence. Your part gets smaller and clearer.
