Most guest WiFi products are someone else's platform with your logo dropped in. We built RTP Guest WiFi ourselves, run it on our own Azure infrastructure, and support it with the same London team that installs your network — so when you want a change, you're talking to the people who can make it. It runs on the enterprise access points we install as standard.

Guest joins your network, sees your branded page, fills in the fields you chose, and they're online — with their consent recorded and their details heading for your marketing list if they opted in.

Guests land on a splash page in your colours with your logo and your wording — designed per venue in our splash editor, previewed exactly as guests will see it before it goes live.

Capture what matters
Name, email, phone, or your own custom fields and dropdowns — you choose what to ask, and every marketing opt-in is a separate, explicit choice the guest makes.

Returning guests glide through
Recognised devices can skip the form and reconnect automatically. And because modern phones rotate their WiFi identity, we count guests as people, not devices — so your numbers stay honest.

Splash pages are server-rendered and lightweight, because the mini-browser a phone opens on WiFi sign-in is the least forgiving environment on the web.

Every venue gets a portal login: live dashboards of sign-ins and returning guests, a searchable guest list with CSV export, and — when something's not right — per-guest diagnostics showing exactly how that guest's device is behaving on your WiFi, down to signal quality on the access point they're connected to.

Guest data belongs to the venue that captured it. We don't pool it, resell it, or market to your guests — the platform exists to hand the data to you.
